Professional Movers.com assigns a Certified Senior Moving Consultant (CSMC) to each local or long distance senior relocation. Our Certified Senior Moving Consultants have a minimum of 5 years consulting experience within the senior moving industry.
To attain the title of Certified Senior Moving Consultant, our Consultants are required to apprentice under the guidance of our management team for a period of three months. During this period they attend senior seminars, learn the layout of many of the areas local senior communities, and shadow our other Senior Moving Consultants during their move consultations. In addition, apprentices are required to pass an internal examination that touches on the topics of senior care, quotation accuracy, and family communication.
Your CSMC will be your personal moving expert throughout your relocation. He/She will create a customized move plan that will layout the foundation for a successful, stress free, and affordable move. All of our Certified Senior Moving Consultants share a profound commitment to connecting with older adults and a desire to perform meaningful work.
At any time your CSMC will be available to answer your questions, update you on the status of your move, and make sure that all the promises made during your estimate are kept on moving day.
