Delivery of Rental Rolling Record Carts
Please note, Professional Movers.com allows 1 hour on site to deliver Rental Rolling Record Carts and perform an on-site demonstration to your office employees on how to pack and label your Record Carts. Upon delivery, the Rental Rolling Record Carts will be staged in one common area at your current office. In most cases, Rental Rolling Record Carts delivered to your shelving area, large conference rooms, loading docks, office atriums, or anywhere there is open space where the entire collection of Rental Rolling Record Carts can be staged in one common area. The moving team who delivers the rental crates will meet with a representative of your company who will be asked to recount and confirm the number of Rental Rolling Record Carts that will be left on-site. Once the delivery count is confirmed, a representative from your company will be asked to sign a delivery receipt confirming the number of Rental Rolling Record Carts that will be left on-site. If your office employees will be performing the loading/packing, they will be responsible to attend a packing and labeling demonstration. During the demonstration, your employees may ask questions and practice using the Rental Rolling Record Carts so they can become familiar with the product. During the presentation, our Office Moving Consultant will review the agreed rental period and the packing and labeling tasks that your office employees will be responsible to perform. If the pick-up time takes longer than 1 hour, your company will be charged at a rate of $25.00 for every additional 15 minutes. The moving team who picks-up the Rental Rolling Record Carts will meet with a representative of your company who will be asked to recount and confirm the number of Rental Rolling Record Carts that will be picked-up. Once the count is confirmed, a representative from your company will be asked to sign a receipt confirming the number of carts that will be picked-up.
Missing or Damaged Rental Rolling Record Carts
Your company will be responsible for any missing or damaged Rental Rolling Record Carts. Missing Rental Rolling Record Carts are billed at a rate of $400.00 per missing Rolling Record Carts. Damages to wheels or shelving can range from $100.00 to $200.00 depending on the cost to repair the damaged Rolling Record Cart. It will be your responsibility to inform your employees of how important it is to return all of the Rolling Record Carts.
Rolling Record Carts Not Ready for Pick-up (Partial Pick-up)
If our movers arrive on the agreed pick-up date and time and all of the Rolling Record Carts are not available for pick-up, our movers will collect the Rolling Record Carts that are ready. The moving team who picks-up the Rolling Record Carts will meet with a representative of your company who will be asked to recount and confirm the number of Rolling Record Carts that will be picked-up and left on-site. Once the count is confirmed, a representative from your company will be asked to sign a receipt confirming the number of Rolling Record Carts that will be picked-up and left on-site. There will be a $50.00 collection fee added to the total cost of your rental charges to reschedule another appointment for our movers to revisit and pick-up the remaining Rolling Record Carts. In addition, there may be extra rental charges depending on the original agreed rental period.
