Ascension Users: When you put your requisition in with the Ascension Purchasing / Special Buyers Procurement Team to obtain your PO Number, make sure that you request a hardcopy of the PO number be sent back to yourself so you can provide it to Professional Movers.com to complete your order
After you submit your move request and a Professional Movers.com Moving Consultant has scheduled your move project, you MUST provide a hardcopy of the PO Number prior to move being performed. A copy of the PO Number should be emailed to the following address: Sabrina@ProfessionalMovers.com.
The Process For Requesting Moving Services is listed below:
1. Ascension Places Request Through Professional Movers Portal Listing who the Requester Responsible For Providing PO by including the Requester Name, Phone, and Email. Additional information provided about the move would be submitted at this time as well.
2. Professional Movers Moving Consultant will Schedule and Perform Move Review Walk-through with Ascension.
3. Professional Movers Provides Quote to Ascension.
4. Ascension Provides Hard-copy PO Number to Professional Movers.
5. Professional Movers Schedules and Completes Work.
6. Professional Movers Submits Invoice.
7. Ascension Provides Payment.
