Dear Prospective Long Distance/Interstate Moving Customer:

After all, moving long distance /Interstate can be a confusing and stressful experience. To make the process much more understandable, the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration have created 2 pamphlets that will explain what you have a right to expect from your mover and what you should do to help ensure that your Interstate move goes smoothly.
The pamphlets are titled “Your Rights and Responsibilities” and “Ready To Move?” Our Certified Moving Consultant will furnish both pamphlets to you when we visit your home to perform a moving survey. As law, we must furnish these documents to prospective individual shippers as required by 49 CFR 375.213.
